**De stage in een notendop**
Je verzorgt de documentatie van een ESG-watch (d.w.z. reglementaire wijzigingen, best practices en duurzame innovaties) en monitort de implementatie ervan met de diverse stakeholders. Dankzij jouw actieve follow-up blijft de onderneming op de hoogte van de evolutie van het regelgevend kader en van de commerciële innovatie in de sector.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren (in samenwerking met de bevoegde juridische en boekhoudkundige diensten) van de diverse reglementaire wijzigingen, vervaldagen en de betrokken stakeholders. Je coördineert samen met laatstgenoemden de communicatie omtrent de mogelijke impact, risico’s en andere commerciële opportuniteiten.In het kader van een watch volg je op de voet de duurzame initiatieven in en buiten de verzekeringssector (bv. via duurzaamheidsverslagen van concurrenten, mededelingen van concurrenten, websites enz.) Ten slotte spoor je de hiaten op en coördineer je de communicatie met de diverse stakeholders.
Je belangrijkste taak is een ESG-watch tot stand te brengen.
Je team bestaat uit het ESG-team van Belfius Insurance en jouw rol hierin is niet alleen toe te zien op de gestructureerde follow-up van de reglementaire wijzigingen en van de initiatieven van de concurrentie, maar ook ad-hocondersteuning te kunnen bieden bij specifieke vragen van het ESG-team.
Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit: een verrijkende mengeling van uiteenlopende taken (actieve betrokkenheid bij vergaderingen, contacten met het team, het lezen van documentatie, het zoeken naar en voorbereiden van dragers (slides, notulen van vergaderingen enz.)). Je krijgt geregeld feedback.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Die binnenkort een diploma van de universiteit of een hogeschool (rechten, economische wetenschappen, ingenieur, duurzame financiering) zal behalen.
- Met een heel goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
- Met een open, spontane en vriendelijke manier van communiceren.
- Met uitgesproken analysevaardigheden.
- Met het vermogen om oplossingen aan te bevelen.
- Met onderne(e)m(st)er vaardigheden.
Je scoort extra met:
- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans).
- Interesse voor duurzaamheid waarvan je het bewijs kan leveren.
