**Functie**:
De Process & Tool Coach is verantwoordelijk voor de interne training en coaching met betrekking tot de tools en processen van het bedrijf. Hij maakt deel uit van de QSE-dienst (Kwaliteit, Veiligheid, Milieu) van CIT Blaton en rapporteert aan de Quality Manager.
- Hij neemt deel aan de **selectie**, **ontwikkeling** en **implementatie** van interne tools en processen.
- Hij ondersteunt de Quality Manager bij het formuleren van **bedrijfsstrategieën** op het gebied van interne en digitale ontwikkeling.
- Hij draagt bij aan het opstellen van het kader en de inhoud van verschillende interne **audits** en organiseert en leidt ook het interne auditproces.
- Hij is een enthousiaste facilitator van interne en/of externe **werkgroepen** en **reflectiebijeenkomsten** namens CIT Blaton.
- Hij is verantwoordelijk voor de **training** van CIT Blaton-medewerkers in verschillende tools en procedures, van het opstellen van de trainingsstrategie en -planning tot de uitvoering ervan.
- Door regelmatig aanwezig te zijn op werven en binnen verschillende diensten van het bedrijf, zorgt hij voor de **implementatie** en **evaluatie** van verschillende procedures en tools.
- Hij configureert en beheert de** digitale tools** die in het bedrijf worden gebruikt.
- Hij beheert, ontwikkelt en integreert de **bedrijfsmanuals**.
**Algemene verantwoordelijkheden zijn**:
- **Interne training** van werknemers van het bedrijf, inclusief het creëren van trainingsinhoud (gebruikshandleidingen, presentaties, tutorials, handleidingen,...).
- **Interne ontwikkeling** door deel te nemen aan de formulering van kwaliteitsnormen (processen en tools) van het bedrijf.
- **Interne audit** door het organiseren en leiden van het interne auditproces.
**Profiel**:
De ideale kandidaat voldoet aan de volgende criteria:
- Hogeschool
- of universitaire **opleiding** in **bouwkunde** **of** in de **informatica/digitale sector**.
- Ervaring als **CSM** (Customer Success Manager) is ideaal.
- Goed begrip van de uitdagingen waarmee bouwteams worden geconfronteerd, opgedaan door ervaring in een bouwbedrijf of in een bedrijf actief in de sector.
- Bedrevenheid met **digitale tools** en nieuwsgierigheid naar digitalisering van processen.
- Sterk ontwikkeld gevoel voor persoonlijke **organisatie**, teamorganisatie en optimalisatie van productiviteit.
- Affiniteit met interne **ontwikkeling** en continue verbetering.
- **Communicatief en pedagogisch.**
