Le Conférence and Events coordinator est responsable de conduire la vente afin d’optimiser les revenus chambres, groupes, conférence et évènements à travers une vente proactive et une conversion des demandes des clients vers une demande confirmée.
Il / Elle est un support à toute l’équipe C&E
Responsabilités clés:
- The Conference & Events Sales Coordinator est en charge de demande de tout type de secteur
- Doit gérer les demandes en fonctions des standards Steigenberger.
- Pro activement répondre aux demandes en fonction de la stratégie de l’hôtel afin d’optimiser le revenue
- Activement convertir une demande en un dossier contracté
- De rencontrer et d’accueillir les clients
- De vérifier à ce que tous les départements soient bien informés de tous les évènements réservés et de tout changement de dernière minute.
- De vérifier la satisfaction du client à la fin de l’évènement, de résoudre tout problème afin de se positionner sur des nouvelles demandes et de fidéliser le client.
- De travailler en équipe, prendre part aux réunions du département, des briefings d’équipe, des projets de travail et soutenir les autres membres de l’équipe afin d’assurer les objectives communs de l’équipe.
- Se tenir au courant des activités de l’hôtel ou de la société qui pourraient impacter le client.
- De revoir constamment avec son superieur le niveau de ses compétences et identifier les zones à améliorer ou à développer.
- Préparer les: daily, weekly and monthly reports comme indiqué par son superieur et la direction.
- Soutenir l’équipe dans l’organisation du bureau et des évènements
- Soutenir l’équipe C&E dans les tâches administratives
- Soutenir l’équipe C&E lors de gros dossiers spécifiques
- De travailler sur des projets spécifiques donnés par la direction (pour l’hôtel ou le bureau C&E)
- D’acquérir une bonne connaissance de la concurrence et des évènements impactant la ville.
- Le C&E Coordinator remplacera le stagiaire C&E quand celui ci n’est pas présent au bureau et se chargera de ses dossiers et tâches
