Medical Devices - Pharmaceutical - Commercial

You are responsible for all sales within EMEA that use Sterigenics facilities world-wide but are headquartered in Europe. As primary customer contact, you lead all aspects of the customer relationship but also the cross-business planning & execution with Nelson Laboratories. You participate to the strategic growth planning (organic and M&A) in support of the company objectives.

Position

Team Deployment - Market & Margin Development
- You support, manage and coach a multi-national team of 7 direct reports in order to grow sterilization sales revenues in line with company’s growth objectives.
- You maintain and grow the assigned territory, analyse and improve the pricing margins and services with the existing business and work with operations to ensure services are delivered as contracted. You identify opportunities, establish a trade action plan and set goals for your sales network.
- You are the central point of contact at Sterigenics for each customer and share the company’s vision, generate both short and long term strategies for each customer to expand the business and influence.
- You work closely with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Customer Service to satisfy customers in terms of services, quality, cost and time.
- You provide annual and quarterly business reviews & forecasts by customer and by facilities for revenue and capacity planning & support.
- You assist the continuous improvement in all areas of Sterigenics : quality, productivity, operational efficiency and cost control/reduction.
- You ensure marketing activities align with Regions growth segments and existing customer base.
- You represent & lead the cross-business growth activities between the Sterigenics & Nelson Laboratories sales teams in support of growth objectives.
- You openly communicate and engage with peers & sales leadership in different geographic regions (NA, LATAM, ASIA) as needed to deliver the customer experience regardless of the processing facility location.
- You report to the Global Sales and Marketing Senior Vice-President.

Profile

Leadership - Business orientation - Managerial skills
- You hold an advanced degree or undergraduate degree within a Business or Science-related field.
- You have seven to ten years of progressively increasing experience in Sales in the medical devices and/or pharmaceutical and commercial products industry.
- You hold a successful sales accomplishment record and have a specific experience with advanced negotiations in a complex selling environment.
- You have demonstrated performance in growing annual sales revenue and profitability with large multi-national customers.
- A sterilization experience is preferred, a prior experience in Operations or Quality is an asset.
- You are willing to travel 50% of the time; two to three day trips every other week.
- You are fluent in English and another language, with strong communication skills.
