As a Professional Fiber Optic Cabler, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic cabling systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive top-notch connectivity and network performance. You will work closely with other team members to provide reliable and efficient fiber optic solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation**: Install and configure fiber optic cables and associated equipment according to industry standards and client specifications.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fiber optic systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve issues with fiber optic cabling and related equipment, ensuring mínimal downtime for clients.
- **Testing**: Utilize Fluke fiber testers to conduct comprehensive testing on fiber optic systems, including OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) and insertion loss testing, to verify signal integrity and system performance.
- **Splicing**: Perform fiber splicing using advanced splicing tools to ensure accurate and efficient connections. Ensure proper fusion splicing and termination of fiber optic cables.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, testing, and repairs. Provide detailed reports and updates to supervisors and clients.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies to ensure safe and effective operations.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and offering professional advice on fiber optic solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 4 years of experience in fiber optic cabling, installation, and maintenance. Experience with both aerial and underground installations preferred.
- **Certification**: Relevant certifications (e.g., Fiber Optic Technician, Fiber Optic Installer) preferred but not required.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in using fiber optic testing equipment, specifically Fluke fiber testers, and splicing tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of fiber optic technology, cabling standards, and network infrastructure.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

Pay: €180,00 per day
