**| Your challenges?**:
- You will define, with the help of your director, the evolution of your commercial strategy: new clients to prospect, new activities, margin levels, etc.
- You will identify, meet and recruit the talents of tomorrow so that they join your team of consultants
- You will match the needs of your clients with the desires and skills of your consultants
- You will learn about contract negotiation with your customers (price, payment terms, termination clauses, etc.)
- You will manage a team of consultants (career development, yearly evaluation, training advice, etc.)
- Your goal is to start from scratch and set up, over the months, a profitable and sustainable activity of which you will be the leader, building a success on which you can capitalize to evolve.
**| What do we expect from you?**:
- You are a true entrepreneur and have a genuine interest in the Life Sciences industry.
- You recently graduated, ideally in engineering, and you are willing to develop your commercial skills.
- You are motivated, dynamic and able to have an impactful speech with interlocutors such as company managers, engineering managers, technical engineers, buyers, etc.
- You have excellent social skills and team spirit.
- An Excellent level of Dutch is required for the position.
