- Kantar Insights is looking for an Account Director to lead our Innovation research department in Brussels_

About the role:
You will engage with clients, generating new conversations to win business, collaborating with internal stakeholders ensuring our client is seeing the best of Kantar’s offering to achieve their growth ambitions.

You will work closely with other domain leads (Brand, CX, Creative) and departments (Business Development) across Kantar Insights in Belgium.

What you'll be doing:
1) Innovation Expertise- You are an innovation expert, with a proven track record of developing human centric innovation.- You will demonstrate deep Kantar innovation knowledge to take the best of Kantar to address specific client’s needs.- You have experience working with and blending different types of data to tell powerful client stories.

2) Client Management- You own & lead overall client relationship across all innovation and product development areas in Belgium.- You build long term trusted client partnerships, with most senior client contacts, beyond Marketing & Insights.- You have stewardship of projects, ensuring high impact with clients at the critical points throughout the project and quality of delivery within budget and timescales.

3) Commercial Mindset- You deliver against annual objectives for the Innovation team;- You uncover opportunities to grow and service new, emerging client needs.

4) People Leadership- You lead & motivate the team with direct management of 2-3 associates - prior experience of coaching a team is necessary.- You create a collaborative culture where the team can flourish.
