Voor onze Buying-afdeling zijn wij tijdelijk op zoek naar een Buying Assistant (periode van 3 maanden).
Als Buying Assistant zal je deel uitmaken van een team van 10 enthousiaste en dynamische personen.
Je zal rechtstreeks rapporteren aan een Buyer. Samen zal jullie belangrijkste missie het volgende zijn:deelnemen aan de creatie van een commercieel succesvol assortiment.
**Jouw uitdaging**:
Als Buying assistant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:
- Werk je nauw samen met een productmanager/aankoper;
- Ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve verwerking en opvolging van de productie en de leveringen;
- Onderhoud je, zowel telefonisch als per mail, nauwe contacten met de fabrikanten en leveranciers rond leveringstermijnen;
- Zorg je voor de verzending van de labels en alle andere benodigdheden voor de productie en levering van de bestellingen;
- Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de stalen (de organisatie, het onthaal en de verzending);
- Ben je de rechterhand van de aankoper/productmanager voor de producten, het opvolgen van de leveranciers en het analyseren van de cijfers. Je helpt in alle etappes, van de ontwikkeling van de collectie, tot het beschikbaar stellen in de winkels.
**Profiel, ervaring en competenties**:
- Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Frans, met een zeer goede kennis van het Engels.
- Bij voorkeur heb je een eerste relevante werkervaring in het opvolgen van leveringen binnen een inkooporganisatie.
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken. Je neemt graag initiatief.
- Je houdt van mode en volgt alle trends op, ook op Pinterest en Instagram
- Je beheerst het Microsoft Office-pakket en je hebt al ervaring met een retail IT pakket (kennis van Storeland van Cylande is een plus)
