Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Buying Assistant pour une opportunité témporaire (periode de trois mois).

En tant que Buying Assistant, vous rejoindrez une équipe de 10 personnes et vous rapporterez directement au Buyer.

Votre mission principale est de participer à créer une gamme commercialement réussie et augmenter les ventes dans un environnement de mode rapide.
**Votre challenge**:
En tant que Buying Assistant vous serez responsable des tâches suivantes:

- Vous travaillez au département achat, en étroite collaboration avec un chef de produits/ acheteur
- Vous êtes responsable des tâches administratives relatives au référencement des produits et au suivi de commandes
- Vous êtes en contact régulier avec les fournisseurs par mail ou téléphone afin d’assurer les livraisons à date,
- Vous vous occupez de l’expédition des étiquettes et autres éléments nécessaires à la production et livraison des commandes
- Vous vous chargez de la gestion des échantillons (organisation, réception, envoi)
- Véritable bras droit de l’acheteur sur le produit, le suivi des fournisseurs et l’analyse des chiffres, vous l’assistez dans toutes les étapes du développement de collection à la mise en vente

**Profil, expériences et compétences**:

- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et/ou français et l’anglais
- Vous avez, de préférence, une première expérience dans le suivi des livraisons au sein d’un département achat
- Tout en ayant un esprit d’équipe vous savez travailler de manière autonome. Vous aimez prendre des initiatives
- Vous aimez la mode et suivez les tendances notamment sur Pinterest et Instagram
