**L’organisation**

L’Habitation Moderne, une société immobilière de service public (SISP) sous la tutelle de la Société du Logement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale (SLRB), **recherche un Manager IT **dynamique et compétent pour superviser et gérer efficacement son infrastructure informatique.

Basée à Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, la SISP œuvre depuis 100 ans à fournir des logements adaptés aux besoins des personnes à revenus modestes, plaçant l'humain au cœur de chaque action.

En tant que Manager de l’équipe IT, vous serez le manager d'une équipe composée d'un programmeur et d'une helpdesk, assurant le bon fonctionnement des opérations informatiques au sein de l'organisation.

En tant que responsable du paysage applicatif de l’entreprise au sein de l'Habitation Moderne (HM), vous êtes chargé(e) de coordonner l’ensemble du paysage applicatif, incluant la gestion immobilière, la comptabilité, le Facility Management system, la gestion documentaire, le reporting, etc.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:
**En tant que responsable du paysage applicatif de l’entreprise (HM) vous**:
Ø Assurez la continuité, performance, stabilité, qualité et évolutivité du paysage applicatif.

Ø Veillez à ce que les données puissent être structurées et restituées de manière pertinente dans les outils et leurs reportings.

Ø Aidez à déterminer/choisir les objectifs technologiques dans le cadre de la digitalisation des activités.

Ø Organisez des workshops d’intégration avec les utilisateur.ice.s clés afin de s’assurer que le programme réponde bien au besoin de l'Habitation Moderne. Si nécessaire, des ajustements techniques et/ou organisationnels seront envisagés.

Ø Organisez les formations : complètes de la solution aux utilisateur.ice.s clés, partielles pour tous les autres utilisateurs.

Ø Accompagnez tous les membres de l'Habitation Moderne au changement.

Ø Soutenez et favorisez l’innovation au sein de l’entreprise.

Ø Soutenez la direction dans la promotion des outils et processus mis en place.

**En tant que Manager de l’équipe IT**:
Ø Vous développez une vision stratégique de l'IT à l'Habitation Moderne, en alignant les objectifs informatiques sur les objectifs organisationnels.

Ø Vous élaborez des guidelines claires et documentez les processus internes pour assurer une compréhension approfondie et une exécution efficace.

Ø Vous supervisez, managez et structurez une équipe IT composée d’un programmeur et d’une help-desk. Vous en êtes le soutien efficace et vous favorisez une culture de la collaboration.

**Compétences nécessaires pour la fonction**:
La fonction requiert des compétences dans l’architecture d’un système d’information, en sécurité informatique, en conduite de projet, de connaître les produits et marchés, et d’avoir la volonté de bien connaître le fonctionnement de l'Habitation Moderne.

La communication interne est essentielle, impliquant une collaboration avec le chargé de communication pour partager les connaissances IT au sein de l'organisation.

Vous possédez une expertise dans les layout système & réseau, y compris le Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) et une compréhension approfondie de l'architecture globale et de la sécurité IT.

Vous dirigez la gestion du matériel informatique, y compris les téléphones, GSM, PC fixes, ordinateurs portables, scanettes, tablettes, etc.

Vous élaborez les clauses techniques des cahiers de charges et analysez les offres.

**Profil**:
Ø Diplôme en informatique.

Ø Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en gestion d'équipe IT.

Ø Connaissance approfondie des layout système & réseau, RDP, et Architecture globale & Sécurité IT.

Ø Expérience dans la gestion hardware.

Ø Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de projets.

Ø Idéalement familier des marchés publics.
