**About the job**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Business Developer to focus on building and expanding our partner network across countries such as Canada, the UK, the US, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partner Acquisition**: Identify, engage, and secure new partners across the designated regions to expand EMAsphere’s partner ecosystem.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with different types of Partners, such as Advisory & Consultancy firms, Private Equity funds, and Implementation partners.
- **Collaborative Selling**: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align strategies, share insights, and present a cohesive value proposition to potential partners.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform partner acquisition strategies.
- **Presentations and Demos**: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential partners and their first prospects/clients, highlighting the benefits and capabilities of EMAsphere’s solutions.
- **Negotiations**: Lead negotiations and close partnership agreements that drive mutual growth and success.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on partnership activities, pipeline development, and revenue generation.

**About you**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management, within the technology or software industry.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of performance management solutions and the needs of Advisory & Consultancy firms, Private Equity funds, and Implementation partners.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- **Analytical**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
