Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? **Functiebeschrijving**

Als Portfolio Officer binnen een instelling actief in de gezondheidssector ondersteun je de medewerkers van de ICT-staf bij het ontwikkelen van een samenhangende ICT-visie binnen één of meerdere projectportfolio's.

Dit vertaalt zich in verantwoordelijkheden op de volgende gebieden:

- In samenwerking met het PMO ondersteun je projectmanagers en hun teams doorheen de hele projectcyclus: kiezen van een agile/traditionele aanpak, bouwen van een business case, schatten van kosten en doorlooptijd, risicoanalyse, voortgang bijhouden, afsluiting, post-project reviews. Je bewaakt eveneens afhankelijkheden tussen projecten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie over succesverhalen van projecten (nieuwsbrief, enz.) en bereidt presentaties voor de ICT-dag, de portfoliodag en andere forums voor.
- Je zorgt voor de continue verbetering van het projectmanagement (tools, producten, processen) op basis van gerichte workshops (Retrospectie) en lessons learned.
- Je helpt mee bij het bepalen van prioriteiten.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij het voorbereiden van de reporting over de projectenportfolio naar de business.
- Je vergemakkelijkt de implementatie en de verbetering van KPI's voor een projectenportfolio in overeenstemming met de PMO-richtlijnen.
- Je stelt je garant voor de kwaliteitsbeoordelingen van de documenten specifiek voor projectmanagement (PID, Requan, projectplan, enz.).
- Je zorgt voor de Services meetings met de business.

**Profiel**

Je beschikt over een universitair diploma en hebt ten minste vijf jaar ervaring in projectmanagement of als PMO.

Je hebt een goede kennis van managementtechnieken en projectmethodologie in een ICT-omgeving.

Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en werkt graag in teamverband.

Je hebt een sterk verlangen om voortdurend bij te leren in een snel veranderende omgeving.

Je vindt het fijn om te coachen, te overtuigen en je kennis te delen.

Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans.

Kennis van het Engels is een troef.
