To strengthen its team in Belgium, Capgemini Engineering is looking for Workforce Planner to become part of the Capgemini Community.

YOUR ROLE

As a Workforce Planner, you manage capacity gaps per engineering discipline based on qualified demand capture. Create strategic and tactical workforce development plan for his/her perimeter, including staffing plan to help fulfill capacity gaps.
- Design the **strategic workforce planning **for his/her perimeter and help Zone/Country to translate budget into HC per grade, Engineering discipline per Months and to update it according to the forecast.
- Manage **demand prioritization **to enable right focus for recruitment and procurement teams
- Forecast expected **capacity gaps **per engineering discipline and translate into staffing plans
- Create strategic and tactical **workforce development plan**
- Facilitate **fulfillment strategies **for specific complex/large bids (ramp up plan, specific approach)

YOUR PROFILE
- You are fluent in English and Dutch or French
- You are hands-on and resourceful
- You have an attention to detail and work accurately
- You can work independently and set priorities
- You are result-oriented & a team player
- You have a critical mindset and are comfortable with figures
- You have a good command of PPT and Excel (VBA skills is a plus)
- You are interested by the consulting world and have a passion for new technologies
