CONSCIENT est une start-up qui réinvente les produits du quotidien pour un air plus respirable. Poursuivant la mission d’éliminer le plastique à usage unique, CONSCIENT propose des produits non toxiques efficaces pour un intérieur plus propre. Tous les produits sont en poudre à mélanger avec de l’eau.

En tant que Business Manager / Account Manager au sein de notre entreprise, vous serez chargé(e) de **rechercher des partenariats stratégiques et de développer notre communauté en ligne**. Vos principales responsabilités incluront:

- Trouver de potentiels partenaires pour établir des collaborations mutuellement bénéfiques
- Négocier les termes des accords et assurer le suivi des partenariats établis
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour accroître notre présence en ligne et développer notre communauté
- Analyser les résultats des actions mises en place et proposer des recommandations pour optimiser les performances

Profil recherché:

- Étudiant(e) en commerce, gestion, marketing
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
- Créativité, esprit d'initiative et aptitude à trouver des solutions innovantes
