**Mission**

En tant qu'expert en qualité des fournisseurs, vous aiderez le responsable de la qualité à établir, gérer et maintenir un système structuré d'assurance de la qualité basé sur les normes et la politique de qualité de Puratos.

Vous contribuerez à atteindre les principaux objectifs de l'assurance qualité, en mettant l'accent sur la sécurité alimentaire, la satisfaction du client et l'amélioration continue:

- Assurer un niveau de service garantissant la satisfaction du client
- Assurer la sécurité alimentaire des produits,
- Contrôler et minimiser le coût de la non-qualité
- Conseiller les départements Opérations et R&D en cas de demande ou de conseil spontané sur des sujets liés à la qualité.
- Contribuer à tous les objectifs opérationnels et participer au programme d'amélioration continue vers l'excellence opérationnelle.

**Qu’allons-nous vous confier?**

Vos responsabilités dans ce rôle sont les suivantes:

- Respecter toutes les exigences réglementaires applicables et les normes internationales en matière de sécurité alimentaire.
- Veiller à ce que les informations relatives aux fiches techniques, à la qualité, à la propriété intellectuelle (casher, RSPO, halal, biologique) et aux fiches de données de sécurité soient toujours à jour pour toutes les combinaisons matières premières-fournisseurs, les articles produits par des tiers et les emballages des produits alimentaires.
- Développement de nouveaux produits : lancer le processus d'approbation des fournisseurs pour les nouveaux articles et prendre la tête du processus d'approbation de la qualité des nouveaux articles.
- Soutenir les projets d'amélioration de la qualité des fournisseurs.
- Aider les départements de production à analyser et à signaler les tendances en matière de produits/processus liés aux matières premières, y compris en réalisant des analyses des causes profondes.

**Qui cherchons-nous?**

Le titulaire de ce poste doit être une personne qui:

- Est titulaire d'un master avec une formation scientifique (de préférence dans le domaine de la qualité)
- Possède une première expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Peut gérer les besoins des clients, collaborer efficacement, est bien organisé(e) et structuré(e) et possède des compétences élevées en matière de résolution de problèmes
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et bonnes connaissances du français et/ou du néerlandais.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) ; la connaissance de SAP est un avantage.
