Souhaitez-vous jouer un rôle crucial dans le processus de production chez Symeta Hybrid, le spécialiste de la communication relationnelle et transactionnelle ? Alors vous êtes le superviseur de production que nous recherchons
En tant que superviseur de production chez Symeta Hybrid, vous êtes responsable du soutien opérationnel tout au long du cycle de vie de nos produits. De l'introduction au contrôle de qualité et au traitement des plaintes, vous veillez à la satisfaction continue de nos clients.
Vos tâches en tant que superviseur de production chez Symeta Hybrid:

- Vous assurez la qualité des produits existants conformément au planning, aux instructions de travail et aux spécifications décrites.
- Vous recevez et enregistrez les plaintes et non-conformités produits. Vous les suivez, évaluez la nature et la gravité des plaintes et les escaladez si nécessaire.
- Vous êtes le point de contact pour les parties prenantes internes et externes. Vous assurez un rapport correct et ponctuel aux clients et collectez les informations nécessaires pour la facturation.
- Avec vos collègues, vous travaillez à garantir la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients.

Vous travaillez dans nos bureaux à Heverlee.
Profil
- Communicatif - Vous êtes le point de contact pour la production et les clients. Vous communiquez de manière claire et adaptez votre style à l’auditoire, tout en travaillant aisément avec vos collègues.
- Précis - Vous avez un œil pour le détail et êtes conscient de la qualité. Votre sens de la qualité est récompensé par un client satisfait, car vous intervenez en dernière étape du processus de production.
- Autonome - Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome et prendre des initiatives.
- Flexible - Vous êtes prêt à travailler à temps partiel. Vous travaillez du lundi au vendredi de 7h à 13h et, puisque vous devez suivre de près le processus de production, vous êtes toujours au bureau.
- Compétences linguistiques - Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et vous pouvez vous débrouiller en français.
