**Context**:
As a HR Officer & Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will take up an important role in the HR team of Degroof Petercam. You will have the chance to work with a diversity of teams in the HR department and learn a lot from different experts in their respective HR area, from Talent Acquisition, over Onboarding, Learning & Development, Business Partnering, Payrolling and Adminitration. Offering you a chance to this wide variety of tasks gives you the opportunity to taste all aspects of the world of HR, therefor the chance to make a mark on the HR team and designing the future Degroof Petercam by hiring the best interns.
**Your Position**:
**What can you expect and what are your daily responsibilities as a HR Officer & Talent Acquisition Coordinator?**
You will report to the Head of the HR Service Center, who will be your people manager and to the Head of Talent Acquisition for operational purposes. Your role will be a good mixture of taking the lead in some aspects and taking up a supportive role for your peers.
- You can divide the diverse responsibilities in different areas:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Intake internship vacancies
- Write attractive vacancy texts and publish them online on different media
- Onboard the interns before the start of the internship
- Assist Talent Acquisition colleagues with the recruitment and hiring of experienced profiles for different teams and departments
- Business Partnering and stakeholder management:
- Follow-up on interns during their internship, act as the SPOC for both the interns and the hiring managers
- Manage feedback from the hiring managers to provide a smooth potential integration from intern to potential new employee
- Gather final evaluation and exit feedback from the hiring manager and the intern
- Administration & Systems:
- Initiate and follow-up on the whole administrative process linked to internships
- Data handling and updating internal systems with new and/or relevant information
- Draft addenda to contracts of employees and gather necessary documents from employees
- A diversity of small but important administrative and supportive tasks to guarantee the business continuity
- HR Service Center:
- Play an active role in the HR Service Center
