**Job Title**: EB Operations Analyst

**Division**: Operations

Euroclear Bank Asset Servicing Operations, and its 500 colleagues based in Belgium, Poland and Hong Kong, are at the heart of what is happening in the capital markets.

Whenever an issuer decides to raise funds on the capital market, it selects an Agent or a Lead Manager, i.e. financial institution to which it grants the mandate to place such instrument on the market, targeting the investors.

Our New issues teams act as a ‘gateway to Euroclear’, an access point throughout which issuers effectuate the connection with the investors base.

During the lifecycle of an instrument when the issuer pays some interests, dividends or reimburses the loan, our Income teams come into force and are responsible for the correct information provision and processing of such payments to the investors.

Should the issuer decide to restructure its debt, change something in the initial terms and conditions of the security, organize a meeting with all investors or merge with another company, our Corporate Actions teams will be actively involved to meet the issuers needs.

Our Taxes teams are also ensuring that all the fiscal regulations imposed on issuers and investors are properly reflected and reported.

Finally the work of all our colleagues is safeguarded by our Reconciliation and Investigation teams who ensure a daily reconciliation of the assets and movements performed by our networks of agents and clients. As we are in a world that is evolving fast we also have Business Analytics and Innovation & Transformation teams that help us going through changes and preparing ourselves for the future.

This is a role in the NIDB (New Issues Data Base) team in the division Fund settle. The NIDB team is the entry point for clients to open and maintain Funds in Fund Settle DB. We open around 1000 funds on monthly basis and maintain quality of over 100 000 funds.

NIDB is a team of more than 26 enthusiastic operations professionals responsible for:

- Analysing prospectuses and accepting funds in our FS database
- Maintaining quality of our FS database
- Our teams are split across Brussels, Krakow and Hong Kong. People working in our team need to have strong analytical skills, an eye for details and a strong interest in Continuous Improvement.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Perform all funds new issues tasks as per procedures, keeping in mind quality, quantity and client focus
- Check the eligibility (legal and operational criteria's) as well as the dealing details of the funds
- Work on quality controls (definitive conditions)
- Respect the deadlines to meet the clients' expectation (front office)
- Be critical on existing flows and processes to see if they can be improved either on a client focus or process efficiency point of view
