Als Incident Coördinator ben je een cruciaal onderdeel van ons team dat de kwaliteit van onze service desk dienstverlening waarborgt en bijdraagt aan het efficiënt oplossen van incidenten. Geniet van de flexibiliteit met thuiswerkmogelijkheden tot 3 dagen per week. Breng mínimaal 2 dagen door op kantoor: wissel tussen UZ Leuven en Corda Hasselt op donderdag en kies daarnaast zelf een dag en locatie (Hasselt/Leuven) voor een gebalanceerde werkweek. Stap aan boord bij nexuzhealth en laten we de toekomst van de gezondheidszorg vormgeven, samen #LI-RP1
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij kritische incidenten, waarbij je nauwgezet opvolgt en effectief communiceert, zowel intern als extern naar de klant.
- Je levert bij kritische incidenten een Post Mortem rapport op aan het Management en de klant.
- Je werkt in teamverband met collega incident coördinatoren voor verschillende klanten.
- Jullie ondersteunen elkaar in de dagelijkse activiteiten.
- Samenwerken met het Service Desk team om de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening te garanderen.
- Prioriteren van incidenten op basis van urgentie en business impact.
- Verzorgen van rapportage en signaleren van knelpunten met verbeterpunten.
- Naleving van processen en procedures op een hands-on manier waarborgen.
- Bijsturen van het incident management proces indien nodig.
- Samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders zoals Customer Success Managers en Development teams.
- Luisteren, analyseren en zoeken naar gepaste oplossingen.
- Proactieve opvolging en feedback geven.
**Wat breng jij mee?**:
- Ervaring binnen een IT-service desk omgeving.
- Ervaring met IT service management software en kennis van de ITIL methodologie is een grote plus.
- Actiegerichte houding, oplossingsgericht denken en klantgericht handelen.
- Je kan snel nieuwe informatie verwerken en bijbehorende kennis eigen maken en vindt het leuk om zaken na te jagen tot er een robuuste oplossing is.
- Affiniteit/interesse in software gebruikt in de zorg, en bereidheid om hierin te verdiepen.
- Positieve bijdrage aan kennisdeling, leergierigheid, gedrevenheid, en flexibiliteit.
- Kalmte en overzicht behouden tijdens stressvolle situaties.
- Je bent in staat om structureel verbetervoorstellen aan te dragen die het proces optimaliseren.
- Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Je bent zelfstandig, resultaatgericht en goed in samenwerken.
