Functieomschrijving:
Als Operations Coordinator maak je deel uit van het team Hospitality & Security Solutions.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coaching en aansturing van je teams. Je werkt nauw samen met de collega’s en stimuleert een positieve sfeer;
- Je beheert je eigen portfolio van klanten in de regio Brussel / Vlaams Brabant. Je staat in voor een permanente communicatie tussen de klant en G4S. Je overlegt met de klant over dagdagelijkse, operationele activiteiten en de werking van de teams;
- Je schat de behoeften van de klant in en overlegt er intern en extern over. Jij detecteert de noden van de klant en speelt proactief hierop in;
- Je treedt op als tussenpersoon in geval van problemen of vragen omtrent facturatie of betaling. Je behandelt de klachten en zoekt steeds naar een geschikte oplossing;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een optimale, kostenbewuste operationele bezetting bij jouw verschillende klanten. Je overlegt met de planning omtrent de inschakeling van operationele medewerkers;
- Samen met HR zorg je ervoor dat er tijdig nieuwe medewerkers worden aangeworven. Je neemt sollicitatiegesprekken af, stelt nieuwe operationele medewerkers voor bij de klant en volgt hen verder op tijdens hun eerste maanden bij G4S;
- Je onderhoudt goede contacten met de sociale partners. Je overlegt regelmatig met hen;
- Je werkt nauw samen met het sales departement om nieuwe commerciële samenwerkingen te genereren. Je informeert hen over commerciële opportuniteiten en draagt actief bij aan commerciële tenders;
- Bij de opstart van nieuwe klanten sta je ook in voor de coördinatie. Je bereidt de opstart administratief en logistiek voor. Je informeert alle betrokken operationele medewerkers over de werkwijzen en je legt afspraken en procedures vast met de klant;
- Je stuurt in totaal een 100 tot 200 operationele medewerkers aan, verspreid over verschillende klanten en verschillende sites;
- Je zorgt voor de nodige informatiestroom binnen je team;
- Je volgt het verzuimprotocol nauwgezet op;
- Je bent regelmatig op het terrein te vinden en werkt mee met de operationele medewerkers om een goed contact te onderhouden.
**Wat we zoeken**:
- Je hebt een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, kennis Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in de bewakingssector en/of leidinggevende functie;
- Ervaring in de bewakingssector of in een leidinggevende functie is een pluspunt;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de wetgeving rond bewaking alsook de sociale wetgeving;
- Je beschikt over sterke people management skills en je bent vertrouwd met het aansturen van gemengde teams;
- Je hebt een commercieel talent, onderhandelen is je tweede natuur;
- Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel ingesteld, je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken, je bent zowel resultaats
- als persoonsgericht, je heb een gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidszin en maturiteit;
- Je bent een absolute team-player;
- Je kunt zeer vlot werken met MS Office, en in het bijzonder met Excel;
- Je kunt zeer vlot werken met Google (Mail, Sheets);
- Je hebt een dynamische persoonlijkheid en je neemt iedere uitdaging ter harte.
