** a Business Analysis Manager. **As
**Business Analysis Manager** (based in Herentals) you will be part of the EMEA Finance team and will be reporting to the Finance Director. The
**Business Analysis Manager **will bringadded value
** to the**
**Accounting and Finance processes **by coordinating various aspects of finance
**. **You will act as a
** Business Partner** with senior level managers and executives
** on**
**both operational and strategic**
**initiatives** within KAE
**.**
**The Business Analysis Manager** has the responsibility of ensuring the respective business units
**financials and analysis** are accurately and timely reported, and
**needs to ensure that Kemin’s assets are fully protected at all time.**

**Responsibilities**:

- As a
** Business Analysis Manager **you will have a variety of responsibilities such as:

- **Management Reporting**, incl KPI’s, trends, commentary, high/low lights, challenges and opportunities
- ** Forecasting and Budgeting**:

- Monitor sales, margin and opex performance and formulate recommendations to **accelerate profitable business growth**:

- Standard Cost Calculation and Control
- **Ad-Hoc financial analysis and Presentations** for the Executive Team and the Finance Director
- Business investment (Capex & Projects) analysis and post-investment reviews
- Sales & Marketing incentive programs tracking and reporting
- Finance business partner for KAE
- Support on MEC Lipetsk & KAE

Qualifications:

- Bachelor / master’s degree in accounting or Finance
- +- 10 years of **experience**:
