We are currently looking for a **t**alented Sales Development Representative** to strengthen our Saas team.
Someone who is passionate about finding new hidden opportunities and work towards generating interest. Someone who understands good SDRs are like rare gems of great value for a sales team who relies on them. Someone who is keen to prove that (s)he is that rare gem. Someone who will be keen to bring her/his **software sales experience** to the table so we can build on it and achieve our ambitious goals together.
Izix is a SaaS company in the Proptech sector. We build a Digital Parking Management Systems that is destined to help building managers cope with the many challenges of today's parking management in order to create better building experience for tenants and employees. And in doing so, we enable them to use their parking as a lever for better mobility in and around their buildings and build long lasting competitive advantage At Izix, you will work with young, motivated team members and support major clients from multiple industries across Western Europe.
**What will you be doing?**
As an SDR, you will be part of our Software Sales team. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Your part of the job is to use all methodologies and tools at your disposal to generate qualified leads for the Account Executives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest and qualifying prospects. You will be interacting with Enterprise clients of multiple sectors. On the day to day, you will be identifying, reaching out and following up on new prospects, nurturing them until they reach the right level of interest.
Among your main responsibilities, you will:
- Have the opportunity to find the best way to generate highly qualified sales leads.
- Move leads through the sales & marketing funnel by educating, answering questions, and sending resources to potential customers.
- You will work closely with the rest of the sales team to strategize on which clients to target.
- You will be reporting to our Sales Manager
- You’ll get the opportunity to show autonomy and proactivity in organizing your job and in finding the most effective way to generate sales.
**Requirements**:
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- You are motivated, dynamic and proactive with the desire to take up ambitious challenges
- You are organized and can work under a certain pressure in a fast paced environment
- You love to learn
- You do what you promise and you take ownership of tasks. You always try to go for the best quality possible. You understand the why of decisions and you suggest improvements when you see an opportunity.
- You speak French and/or Dutch with a very good level of English
