EMPLOYE CREDIT COLLECTING (H/F/X)
Votre défi
Une fonction en contact avec les clients et divers départements internes
Pour les marchés UK, Allemagne, Benelux, Suède, Danemark, Autriche et marchés distributeurs (hors Europe), vous établissez des lignes de crédits répondant aux possibilités des clients tout en assurant la pérennité de la relation commerciale.
Pour ce faire, vous collaborez avec les clients et le service comptabilité, gestion des commandes, expéditions, le magasin et les commerciaux.
**Vos responsabilités sont les suivants**:
Analyser les besoins de lignes de crédit des clients de sorte à mettre en place les lignes de crédit adéquates (assurance-crédit, garanties, prépaiements, plans de paiement, délais de paiement ) ;
Assurer le suivi et le recouvrement des créances clients, gérer et minimiser le risque de contentieux et d’impayés (extraits de comptes, rappels de paiement, ) ;
Participer à la tenue des écritures comptables liées aux paiements des clients pour l’ensemble des marchés en vue de garantir l’exactitude des situations financières des clients, et de permettre à la Direction Financière de suivre et d’anticiper l’évolution des encours et retards clients ;
Mettre à jour et analyser des KPI sur les créances commerciales (balances âgées, DSO, ) ;
Assurer la mise à jour régulières des aspects financiers dans les fiches clients dans l’ERP (limites de crédit, niveau d’assurance crédit,) ;
Analyser régulièrement les clients bloqués et les commandes bloquées afin de proposer une solution ;
Assurer le back-up de son binôme pour les marchés France et Italie.
Vos talents
Une personnalité consciencieuse et orientée vers les autres
Vous avez un diplôme de Bachelier en comptabilité ou expérience équivalente.
Nous avez une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans une fonction collecting.
Vous vous exprimez aisément en anglais tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

Un bon sens relationnel avec une communication diplomate et convaincante ;
Etre orienté clients ;
La maîtrise de l’allemand et du néerlandais sont un atout ;
Bonne maitrise d’Office, et tout particulièrement d’Excel, ainsi que de Microsoft Dynamics ;
Capacité à travailler en toute autonomie, bonne organisation, proactivité ;
Réel sens du travail en équipe et de la polyvalence ;
Respect des consignes et grande rigueur.
