Als Customer Services Employee kom je terecht in een dynamisch team dat zich elke dag inzet voor onze klanten, en op die manier voor een veiligere & efficiëntere samenleving. Vinçotte is namelijk actief bij verschillende types klanten en we hebben onze expertise en organisatie uitgebouwd op vlak van zowel openbare als residentiele gebouwen, maar we zijn ook erg ondernemend in de energiesector, inclusief nucleaire activiteiten. Daarnaast zijn we ook zeer innovatief bij klanten in de (petro) chemie & pharmacie, in productieomgevingen en de transport
- & logistieke sector.
**Jouw Functie**:
Voor onze Customer Service Afdeling - het Team Invoicing/Reporting te Antwerpen kijken we uit naar een gemotiveerde medewerker(-ster) die dagelijks zal instaan voor het vlekkeloos verloop van de facturatie/reporting en het verstrekken van diverse administratieve ondersteuning aan het team contractmanagement. Daarnaast weet je steeds ook snel antwoord te formuleren wanneer je klanten jou contacteren met hun vragen.
Fakturatie:
- Je werkt vanuit jouw NUR -dashboard en jouw eigen klantenportefeuille,
- Opstellen van proforma’s, fakturen,
- je hebt telefonisch klantencontact
- je werkt ook vanuit dashboard “disputes” (klachten nav foutieve fakturatie) - opstellen van credit notes
Reporting:
- Vanuit SAP verwerk je de electronische rapporten en verifieer je de gegevens van de klant
Je bent nauwkeurig & werkt gestructureerd. Collega’s kunnen steeds op jou rekenen.
Jij kan ook steeds vertrouwen op je collega’s - gedreven experten die je graag verder helpen.
Daarnaast ondersteunt Vinçotte jou ook in het uitdiepen en verbreden van jouw expertises. Daar gaan we op je eerste dag al mee van start, want je krijgt bij ons eerst een doorgedreven on-the-job-training, alvorens je zelfstandig aan de slag gaat.
**Jouw Profiel**:
**Diploma**: Professionele Bachelor in Office Management, Logistiek,of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
**Ervaring**: Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot en hebt enkele jaren ervaring in het beheren van een correcte administratie.
**Vaardigheden**:
- Je werkt georganiseerd en precies ;
- Je blijft kalm op momenten van stress ;
- Je hebt zin voor kwaliteit en een oog voor detail & structuur ;
- Je gaat autonoom & gedisciplineerd aan de slag ;
- Je kan goed overweg met de courante MS Office applicaties ;
- Jouw commercieel inzicht is een pluspunt ;
- Je bent vriendelijk in je contacten met klanten en inspecteurs ;
- Je beëindigt je werkdag met een fijn gevoel dat alles onder controle is.
