Le département Customer Service / Administration des Ventes de Browning International recherche pour entrée immédiate un/e:
**Employé Customer Service/Administration des ventes pour l’Allemagne (H/F/X)**Votre défi **:

- Une fonction qui demande suivi, préparation et collaboration- **Effectuer le traitement des commandes/offres** càd recevoir, contrôler et valider les commandes, les introduire dans le système informatique;
- ** Vérifier les dates de disponibilité des produits** pour en informer la clientèle et proposer éventuellement des alternatives;
- **Informer le client** de tous les événements pouvant affecter sa commande;
- Participer de manière pro active au lancement et au suivi des offres promotionnelles;
- **Contact quotidien avec les clients** et **effectuer l’interface active** avec les clients;
- **Collaborer avec les différents départements** (logistique transport, finance, gestion flux, marketing, );
- Effectuer le back up des collègues de sa zone;
- Créer les nouveaux clients dans l’ERP;
- **Préparer les statistiques** relatives à sa zone sur divers suivis (armes de démo, échantillonnage, doc administratif, );
- **Prendre en charge le suivi des documents BIS711**.**Vos talents**:

- Une personnalité teamplayer- Vous vous reconnaissez dans les qualités suivantes:
- **Baccalauréat en commerce extérieur ou expérience équivalente**;
- **Très bonne connaissance** de la **langue française**:lu, écrit et parlé couramment est **indispensable.** Une **connaissance opérationnelle de la langue anglaise et allemande est requise;**:

- Une **expérience professionnelle dans un département commercial est un atout;**:

- **Pro activité, sens de l’accueil client, orienté solution, dynamique et positive**;
- Etre **à l’aise avec l’outil téléphonique** et **maîtriser la suite Office** (**particulièrement Excel**);
- Capacité d’**approche technique** des produits;
- Ordre, méthode et rigueur dans le suivi administratif;
- Aptitude à **travailler en groupe**;
