Specialist Customer Support

**Functie**:
Je bent de contactpersoon op gebied van kwaliteit tussen de klant, de centrale afdelingen van onze klant en hun filiaal Mechelen.
- **Beheren van de AQP **(Advanced Quality Planning).
- Verzorgen van de serievrijgave van nieuwe en/of gewijzigde producten.
- Opstellen van de **documenten voor interne/externe klanten PPAP** (Production Part Approval Process).
- Opvolgen van **klantenklachten**, definiëren van actieplannen en documenteren van klachtendossiers in klantenportalen.
- Verantwoordelijk om de **IMDS** (International Material Data System) gegevens te laten **valideren.**:
- Specifieke projecten.
- Werken in een zelfsturend team.
- Je rapporteert aan het Diensthoofd Kwaliteitssystemen.
**Profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een ingenieurs
- (bachelor-) diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je werkt **resultaat
- en klantgericht.**:
- Zelfstandige teamplayer met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden waardoor je in het **Engels** kan communiceren, kennis **Duits** is een pluspunt.
- Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig.
- Sterk **organisatievermogen**:
- Voorschriften en regels toepassen zonder moeite
- Domein: Elektriciteit, elektronica en elektrotechniek
