**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Support the design and execution and measurement of our client and alumni engagement and community building programmes across our three offices - with a focus on the Belgian market. Our aim is to build and sustain communities that represent a network of proud and informed ambassadors, engaging in meaningful, mutually beneficial, and long-term relationships with BCG as an organization.
- You will work closely with the LAB client & alumni communities manager to develop and implement a regular cadence of activity with a focus on data and strong analysis of KPIs, communications and events.
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Partnering with and supporting the client & alumni communities manager to shape the overall strategy, owning the delivery of key elements.
- Establishing goals for network development, tracking and reporting on growth in size and engagement.
- Trouble shooting and problem solving, working with the global marketing function to pilot new approaches and ideas within the L-A-B region.

Stakeholder management
- Independently liaising with senior stakeholders - influencing and persuading - to gain buy-in and support for key initiatives
- Developing and communicating annual plans and activities

Internal communications
- Work with internal communications and engagement manager to drive awareness of network activity and commercial relevance
- Develop internal communications and plans where required and appropriate

Events
- End-to-end execution of events (both virtual & live, or ‘hybrid’): design/ concept planning and logístical delivery

Content
- Supervise newsletter building and distribution
- Manage content writing independently, with mínimal guidance
- Social media
- Oversee the development of yearly plan for social media around key activities and campaigns
- Manage social scheduling tools and analytics

Local office lead ‘double-hat’ responsibilities
- Represent the marketing function in the local markets including externally with local press relations and external partnerships, and internally advising the MDP teams, + sr. stakeholder management
- Ensure local marketing needs are covered with sufficient tailoring
- Support local press relations (under guidance of press relations office)
- Lead Seat at the Table (SATT) agenda
**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- 5+ years' experience in marketing coordinator role
- Knowledge of the Belgian business landscape is a must
- Experience in managing a team is a plus
- Strong communication skills, resourceful, creative, ready to jump in with solutions to problems and run with them
- Able to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Engage, Marketo, Adobe Photoshop, LinkedIn ads a plus
