- Niveau de formation/d’expérience_
- _Master ou équivalent en science du développement, sciences humaines _
- _Au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la coopération internationale dans des programmes humanitaires et/ou de développement._
- _Au moins 3 ans d’expérience pertinente dans des postes de coordination ou gestion de projets sur le terrain_

- _Excellente capacité de coordination, de planification et d'organisation avec la capacité de gérer des tâches complexes par rapport aux délais convenus_
- _Expertise thématique : bonne connaissance technique d’un ou plusieurs domaines thématiques de Plan International (protection de l’enfance et prévention des VSBG, éducation, autonomisation économique des jeunes)_
- _Bonne connaissances et expérience en matière de la sécurité, de l’évaluation et la gestion des risques, des principes humanitaires et des standards minimums applicables aux actions humanitaires_
- _Bonne connaissance des exigences, des procédures et de l’agenda des bailleurs humanitaires (par exemple ECHO, DGD, ONU)_
- _Pensée conceptuelle, critique et analytique bien développée avec la capacité de transmettre des informations complexes d'une manière claire_
- _Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication et les relations interpersonnelles, et capacité de travailler avec sensibilité avec des personnes de divers milieux culturels et sociaux_

**EMERGENCY RESPONSE MANAGER**:
**_Plan International Belgique_**_ travaille depuis plus que 40 ans à la création d'un monde équitable et sûr pour tous les enfants. Tous les enfants, garçons et filles, ont le droit de jouir d’une éducation de qualité et d’opportunités de développement personnel. Cependant, à travers le monde, les filles sont encore trop souvent défavorisées, discriminées, parfois même maltraitées._
- Plan International Belgique fait partie d'une fédération internationale ambitieuse qui a des projets dans près de 80 pays (dont la Belgique), dans le monde entier. Nos projets génèrent un impact en influençant les politiques, en sensibilisant et en réalisant des projets avec et pour les enfants et les jeunes._
- Plan International Belgique est une organisation en pleine croissance. Au cours des cinq dernières années, nos revenus ont augmenté de 14 à 20 millions et nous sommes passés de 40 à environ 60 collègues très engagé.e.s._

**VOTRE RÔLE EN TANT QU’EMERGENCY RESPONSE MANAGER**:

- L’Emergency Response Manager travaillera au sein du département International Programmes et sera responsable pour l’exécution des domaines de résultats et rôles principaux définis ci-dessous, afin d’assurer la qualité de la mise en œuvre des projets humanitaires de Plan International Belgique, l’atteinte des résultats et la mitigation des risques associés._
