Regional Facility, Sustainability and Fleet Manager

Overzicht:
The Regional Facility Manager will be regionally responsible for ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and efficient, and that they meet the needs of our employees, customers, and stakeholders. He will also lead sustainability initiatives and develop sustainability programs within the region. Finally, he is also expected to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the fleet operation.
Omschrijving:
- Develop and implement terminal and facility maintenance, security and safety programs, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for services, including maintenance, repair, and construction.
- Develop and manage budgets, including capital expenditures, maintenance costs, and staffing expenses.
- Plan and manage projects, renovations, and expansions.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies, policies, and programs to achieve regional sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and establish goals and metrics to measure success.
- Monitor and report progress towards sustainability goals and targets.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the fleet operation.
- Establish benchmarks and standardized procedures for activities and operations across all regional sites.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees, vendors, and customers in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of facility management, including maintenance, repair, and construction.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with budget development and management.
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
