- Als Happiness and Communications Officer bij Metagenics vervul je een cruciale rol in het bevorderen van het welzijn en de betrokkenheid van onze medewerkers. Je krijgt de kans om je carrière een boost te geven in een dynamische en groeiende organisatie. Deze functie legt een bijzondere nadruk op het creëren van een positieve werkomgeving door middel van effectieve interne communicatie en evenementen. Daarnaast biedt je ondersteuning van onze HR Business Partners, vooral op het vlak van rekrutering.**Een greep uit jouw takenpakket**:
- Je bent de spil van interne communicatie binnen Metagenics EMEA
- Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het opzetten, beheren en onderhouden van onze interne communicatiekanalen
- Je bent de motor achter onze sociale media-initiatieven, waardoor je ons bedrijf op de kaart zet en betrokkenheid stimuleert bij zowel huidige als potentiële medewerkers
- Je coördineert en organiseert een scala aan interne evenementen die bijdragen aan de tevredenheid en motivatie van onze medewerkers, zoals HR-infosessies, familiedagen, Ostend Night Run, Golden Day, personeelsfeesten en pensioenvieringen
- Je zorgt ervoor dat deze evenementen soepel verlopen en een positieve bijdrage leveren aan de werkomgeving
- Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het aantrekken, selecteren en verwelkomen van nieuwe Metagenics-collega's, en begeleidt hen in hun (digitale) onboarding
- Je biedt waardevolle ondersteuning bij de implementatie van het HR-beleid en -projecten, zoals verzuimbeleid, rapportering, opleidingen en evoluties

**Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?**:
- Er wordt als Happiness and Communications Officer bij Metagenics van je verwacht dat je proactief en zelfstandig kunt werken in een dynamische omgeving. Daarnaast:- Je beschikt over het vermogen om effectief te communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Engels en het Frans.
- Sociale media kennen voor jou geen geheimen, je hebt expertise in het effectief beheren van online platforms.
- Je bent creatief, georganiseerd en bent in staat om evenementen succesvol te coördineren.
- Je dient te beschikken over een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in communicatie, HR of een verwant vakgebied om deze rol met succes te vervullen. Enige ervaring in rekrutering is een plus.**Wat bieden wij jou aan?**:
