**Omni Channel Marketeer**, you will be responsible for develops, implements and monitors the marketing strategies, brand plans and tactics to meet business objectives for the assigned brands. Interactions with all functions to allow a uninterrupted execution of the brand activation plans (logistics, forecasting, RA, Technical, Sales). Contribute in (inter)national brand teams.

**You will work in our Brussels office and report directly to the Head of Strategic Business Segment in our MIDI Region.**

**Your key responsibilities**
- Responsible for the formulation, planning, and execution of strategy strategies that optimize both short
- and long-term sales, market share, and revenue growth for a brand or collection of brands.
- Determines the segment's strategic direction based on understanding of risks and opportunities from major market drivers and emerging trend
- Actively pursues internal and external information and works in collaboration to make decisions that have broad impact. Coordinating and managing relevant opinion leader networks in relation to the past and future portfolio management.
- Utilize information of all customer marketing channels and co-promotion partners to deliver market and brand value, design customer/channel-specific marketing plans.
- Optimizes the promotional mix for a brand based on the resources allocated, recognizes the point of diminishing returns, and redirects efforts when the current approach is not achieving desired outcomes.
- Monitoring of product distribution and pricing in accordance with corporate, local, and regional marketing/business policies.
- Sustain close liaison with the field force in order to adopt the perspective of the customer, anticipate their expectations allowing development and evaluation of solutions accordingly.
- Development and execution of the digital marketing strategy, with the objective to increase awareness, traffic, and sales.
- Develop and manage consumer driven product experiences and customer journey optimizations
- Identify and grasp key digital business factors such as traffic, conversion, revenue, volume, and return on investment.
**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM**:
- **Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in product marketing, field sales or relevant work experience**:
- **Minimum 5 experience in Marketing is a plus including prior experience in leading projects is preferred.**:
- **Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English along with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop stakeholder relationships.**:
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management capabilities, as well as strong decision-making and negotiating abilities.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects & prioritize effectively.
- Strong interest and capabilities in digitalization and customer journey mapping.
- Entrepreneurial drive with proven track record of exceeding financial and other quantitative goals as well as qualitative goals.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and gain buy in from stakeholders to deliver results in a highly matrixed organization.
- Show agility with a proven ability to evolve strategic & tactical elements based on research, data & industry trends.
- Lastly, bachelor’s or master’s degree with in Business administration, Digital Marketing or related field.
