**BE Academy & Administrative support**
**Your role**:
You are responsible for hosting trainings & events in the Brussels Academy & for the administrative support of the BNL Education Managers
**Furthermore, you are responsible for**:
- Welcoming trainees and artists/trainers, following-up on catering arrangements and room set-ups.
- A welcoming and representative atmosphere.
- Creating social media content for the BNL Academy Instagram account
- Stock levels and availability of supplies in the BE academy
- Taking care of small facility tasks (laundry service/ flower service)
- Supporting BNL Education managers with administrative tasks:
- PO creation
- invoicing of trainings
- following up on payments to artists and venues
- Supporting in Education budget management
- Access mailbox & Access operational support
**Your profile**:
You are rigorous and attentive to details. You have a sense of hospitality, and you know how to create a welcoming environment for our trainees. Besides this, you understand quickly how to assist your colleagues on administrative tasks and organizing evenys.
