**Functie-informatie**:
Voor een project in Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een **Level 2 Support/Incident solver**.

Je taken bestaan uit onder andere:

- Opstellen en onderhouden van technische documentatie
- Ondersteuning en onderhoud van IT-diensten
- Oplossen van complexe incidenten
- Ondersteunen bij de lokale installatie van pc's, notebooks en softwarecomponenten (ook als onderdeel van rollouts)
- Afbouwen en verwijderen van lokale systemen vervangen van verouderde hardware en dockingstations
- Inruilen van oudere laptops voor een nieuw model en overdragen van gebruikersgegevens
- Coördinatie van de oplossing van applicatie-, hardware
- en softwareproblemen
- Creëren van tijdelijke oplossingen totdat permanente oplossingen kunnen worden geïmplementeerd
- Escaleren van incidenten volgens overeengekomen processen
- Ondersteunen van integratietesten van nieuwe of gewijzigde oplossingen
- Rapporteren over de voortgang wanneer je betrokken bent bij rollouts

**Functie-eisen**:
Werken als Project IT Consultant betekent dat je **vast in dienst** ben bij ICT Talents, maar de mogelijkheid krijgt om opeenvolgende projecten uit te voeren binnen een brede waaier van verschillende klanten. Alles ligt binnen jouw bereik als Project Consultant

Je beschikt over kennis van:

- Fujitsu primary servers / Dell Poweredge MX servers
- Alcatel Switches (Omnistack en LSS) en Cisco Routers
- Avaya Access Points
- Centrale storage opslag: EMC DX, Dell/EMC Isilon, Cloudian
- Verschillende **types verbindingen** waaronder huurlijnen, Glasvezel (mono en multi), Wireless, UTP, ADSL, SDSL, Ethernet.
- ** Verschillende typologieën/protocols/toepassingen** zoals MPLS, TCP/IP, SNA,
- OSPF, Bridging, Switching, Routing, DHCP, DNS, WINS, NLB - SLB
- ** Appliances**: BigIP F5, AVI networks, Ironport, Palo Alto firewall, Juniper SA, Infoblox (IPAM)
- **_ Systemen OS en System Software (_** Windows Server 20xx, MS Exchange Server 20xx, MS SQL Server,..)
- MS Active Directory - OpenLdap
- Nagios monitoring
- VMWare V6.7 of hoger
- RedHat Openshift
- Kubernetes
- Ubuntu linux

Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal perfect, met een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels
