**Financial Talents** specialiseert zich in werving & selectie, projectsourcing en interim management voor Finance profielen.

**Jobomschrijving**:
In het kader van groei, zijn wij op zoek naar een Business Development Manager die zich toelegt op de verdere ontwikkeling van de business voor regio Brussel, Antwerpen en Vlaams-Brabant.

In deze uitdagende tijden zal je als Business Development Manager het commerciële werk ter harte nemen in al zijn facetten:

- Je brengt de markt binnen jouw regio in kaart en gaat vervolgens actief op zoek naar nieuwe business voor Financial Talents. D.m.v. actieve prospectie plan je je eigen klantenbezoeken in met als doel hoofdzakelijk nieuwe Staffing opdrachten (interim management en project staffing) te verzilveren en lange termijn relaties met de klant uit te bouwen.
- Samen met de financiële verantwoordelijke van de prospect/klant ga je op zoek naar de beste HR oplossing om het financieel departement optimaal te laten functioneren. Je brengt de financiële processen en de samenstelling van het Financial human capital in kaart. In samenspraak definieer je het project en/of het profiel.
- Je werkt commerciële samenwerkingsvoorstelling op maat uit, onderhandelt de voorwaarden tot en met het closen van de deal.
- De aanvragen voor de invulling van een concrete vacature of positie bespreek je uitvoerig met je collega's die instaan voor het recruitment proces.

**Profiel**:

- Je kan terugblikken op een succesvolle sales ervaring in de recruitment & staffing industrie, bij voorkeur binnen het segment van finance.
- Sterke netwerker die op high level niveau meepraat, denkt en (onder)handelt. Je haalt energie uit het leggen van contacten en het uitbouwen van duurzame lange termijn relaties.
- Drive, doorzettingsvermogen, uitstekende overtuigings
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden zijn essentieel om jezelf en Financial Talents in deze veeleisende business te positioneren.
- Ondernemingszin, zelfsturend en autonoom kunnen werken.
- Vlotte communicator en luistervaardig: je bent perfect in staat om voor elke uitdaging een passende oplossing voor je klant te vinden.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Frans en kennis van het Engels.
