As a Business Development Manager, you build relationships in a specific sector, enabling you to become a specialist in your market, managing relationships with customers in a specific portfolio and developing a network of contacts within your market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating new sales lead and Account management.
- Should have experience in selling permanent/contract/ freelance staffing solutions
- Achieving individual sales target
- Maintaining and retaining relationship with existing clients and develop a new business
- Industry preference - IT staffing/recruitment
- Regular meetings with clients to understand their business and maintain good relationships
- Sourcing business opportunities and leads to generate new clients
- Screening and interviewing
- Negotiating offers and terms of business

Profile description

You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration/Engineering or sales field related
- 2 - 3 years' prior industry related business development experience
- A first working experience in IT Services
- Fluent in French/Dutch & English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Result oriented
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
- Team spirit but can be at moment very self-focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
