Functieomschrijving

Als Business Development Manager werk je mee aan de opstart en de uitbouw van een vlot functionerende salesdepartement en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het:

- In kaart brengen en screenen van B2B prospecten met focus op diverse sectoren voorafgaand bepaald door en steeds in samenspraak met het management. Je stelt hiervoor duidelijke doelstellingen op die vertaald worden in een korte termijn actieplan.
- Maximaliseren van de business bij bestaande keyaccounts om de commerciële communicatie te garanderen, steeds in lijn met de afgesproken salesstrategie en visie van het bedrijf.
- Geven van bedrijfspresentaties en - introducties en haar producten en diensten door middel van het organiseren van bedrijfsbezoeken en bijwonen van events, congressen en beurzen
- Onderhouden en bouwen van goede klantenrelaties waarbij je klanten professioneel helpt met hun vragen, orders en eventuele klachten. Je schakelt hiervoor snel en correct met de nodige interne
- en externe betrokkenen.
- Voorbereiden en opvolgen van offertes alsook de administratieve afhandeling van A tot Z.
- Rapporteren van afgelegde bezoeken/contacten en deze vertalen naar het interne team ter opvolging en voorbereiding van nieuwe acties.

Profiel
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in business development
- Je kan zelfstandig werken, je bent resultaatgericht en ondernemend.
- Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en durft extra inspanningen leveren om de beoogde doelstellingen te realiseren
- Je gaat steeds efficiënt te werk en weet een goede balans in tijdsbesteding te bewaren
- Je kan vlot overweg met digitale tools om administratie en offertes nauwkeurig te registreren en op te volgen
- Je bent communicatief en zeer klantgericht

- De activiteit van het verkoopteam organiseren, opvolgen en technisch ondersteunen
- Marktinformatie uitwisselen met het verkoopteam en verschillende diensten
- Een klanten

- Het budget van commerciële acties opvolgen
- Acties uitvoeren ter ondersteuning van het personeelsbeheer (aanwerving, opleiding,...)
