**ORGANIZATION**:
- Pharmaceutical sector

**YOUR ROLE**:
- You are responsible for the administration and onboarding new hires, ensuring adherence to established processes.
- You inform relevant parties for the procurement of vehicles, fuel cards, IT equipment, mobile phones, etc.
- You manage the HR Database using the appropriate tools and are responsible for filing documents.
- You oversee payroll preparation, tracking work hours, absences, data modifications, tax situations, and deductions.
- You review payroll results and make necessary corrections with the social secretariat.
- You are up-to-date with social rules, compensation, organization, payroll regulations, and various extralegal benefits.
- You guide the recruitment process and are the contact person for external parties.
**YOUR PROFILE***:
- You have a relevant track record or degree in HR administration and payroll.
- You are familiar with tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and payroll softwares.
- You are fluent in French, and knowledge of English is a plus
**PRACTICAL***:
- Contract type: Freelance
- Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
- Location: Liège
