Voor onze klant, actief binnen de bouwsector gelegen te **Brussel**, zoeken wij momenteel naar een enthousiaste **payroll specialist** om het **HR-departement** te versterken.
Functieomschrijving:
Als Payroll Specialist sta je in voor de **volledige loon
- en personeelsadministratie** en werk je ook actief mee aan het Comp & Ben-beleid.
- Je verzorgt de **volledige payroll en personeelsadministratie** van de organisatie, in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat;
- Je bent het **aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen van medewerkers** betreffende compensation en benefits gerelateerde materie, zoals de verzekeringen, verlofregeling, salarisfiche, vervoer,
- Je **onderhoudt goede contacten** met HR-partners: het sociaal secretariaat, de verzekeringsmaatschappij, de externe preventiedienst,
- Je zet je in voor **mogelijke verbeteringen en automatiseringen** binnen diverse processen;
- Je verdiept je **expertise in het sociaaljuridische domein** en dit ter ondersteuning van de HR Directeur bij de behandeling van complexe dossiers;
- Je bent geboeid door **Comp & Ben projecten** en werkt actief mee aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering ervan (o.a. flexibele verloning,);
- Je hebt ook een **actieve rol** in het wagenparkbeheer;
- Je rapporteert aan de HR Directeur.
Profiel:
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een payroll functie;
- Je bent vlot tweetalig **Nederlands - Frans**;
- Je kan vlot werken met de courante Office toepassingen;
- Je kan je kennis van **sociale wetgevin** en een grote interesse in sociale zekerheid en fiscaliteit;
- Je hebt een goed **cijfermatig inzicht** en bent **analytisch ingesteld**;
- Je bent uiterst nauwkeurig en secuur en je werkt met plezier naar je deadlines toe;
- Je durft** initiatief **te nemen en gaat proactief op zoek naar oplossingen;
- Je bent positief ingesteld, discreet, betrouwbaar en collegiaal.
