Voor een van onze klanten in Hasselt zijn we op zoek naar een Payroll specialist.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en controle van de maandelijkse payroll. Je draagt bij aan de efficiënte werking en optimalisatie van het payroll proces.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de loonverwerking, de registratie van aan -en afwezigheden en de verlofbepaling correct en tijdig uitgevoerd worden.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de soepele administratieve afhandeling bij indienst-, wijziging en uitdiensttreding, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat overgangen voor medewerkers gestroomlijnd verlopen.
- De administratieve verwerking van ecocheques en extralegale voordelen, het toezien voor een correcte berekening van de eindejaarspremie, vakantiegeld en CAO90 premie behoren ook tot jouw takenpakket.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor uitzendpartners als het gaat over de goedkeuring van prestaties, doorgave planning en uitbetaling van premies.
- Bij een arbeidsongeval ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers. Je licht de juiste werking toe en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes administratief opgevolgd wordt om de medewerker te ontzorgen.
- Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige goedkeuringsflow van de aan jouw toegewezen facturen (Monizze, SD Worx en uitzendpartners )
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de verslagen van de Ondernemingsraad gepubliceerd worden en volgt op wat er werd afgesproken.
- Je volgt de wijzigingen in de sociale wetgeving op de voet na en deelt de info met de Compensation & Benefits Specialist om samen eventuele aanpassingen uit te werken.
- Je werkt mee aan diverse projecten en adviseert over optimalisaties en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige opvolging bij de implementatie.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Assistant en de HR Business Partners. Rapporteren doe je aan de Compensation & Benefits Specialist, zeg maar Jana.
**Kwalificaties**:
- Een Bachelor diploma in een HR gerelateerde richting gaat goed van pas komen, beter nog als je de theoretische kennis kan aanvullen met een succesvolle ervaring (2 tot 5 jaar) in payroll.
- Vanzelfsprekend heb je een passie voor HR, meer bepaald in payroll en administratie.
- Een goede kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving is een must maar als je de kennis over een onderwerp mist, ben jij degene die er proactief naar op zoek gaat.
- Aangezien we met Eblox (SD Worx) werken is kennis van dit pakket een sterk pluspunt.
- Je hebt een analytische geest en werkt graag nauwkeurig. Excel kent geen geheimen voor jou.
- Bovenal ben je een leergierige, positieve, toegankelijke teamplayer met een goed gevoel voor humor Resultaatgericht ben je van nature en zeer ondernemend.
- Al is je kennis Frans niet zoals je zelf zou willen, toch heb je de durf om onze Franstalige collega’s met even veel plezier verder te helpen.
