- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technische beheer van een gebouwenportefeuille en treedt op als centraal aanspreekpunt voor huurders en leveranciers (B2B) en draagt daarbij de verantwoordelijkheid over de communicatie naar deze partijen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle operationele aangelegenheden die contractueel werden afgesproken met de eigenaar, van de toegewezen gebouwen/portefeuille.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte verwerking van administratieve taken.
- Je volgt evoluties en ontwikkelingen op vlak van energietransitie, duurzaamheid en technologie binnen het vakgebied op en neemt de klant mee in dit verhaal.
- Je hebt oog voor commerciële opportuniteiten.

Wie ben jij? ‍ ️
- Bachelor niveau (Facility Management - Communicatie - Vastgoed).
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring in gebouwenbeheer.
- Zeer goede kennis Nederlands.
- Zeer goede kennis Frans (mondeling/schriftelijk).
- Kennis Microsoft Office.
