Het **Communication, Brand & Sustainability** Team van AXA Belgium is op zoek naar een **Press Officer**. Binnen ons team zijn we gebrand op het leveren van een voortreffelijke klantbeleving en delen we dezelfde ambitie:
- De algemene merkbeleving en -positionering van AXA vergroten aan de hand van communicatieacties, mediacampagnes en evenementen
- Onze bedrijfsrealisaties intern en extern verkopen
- Ons positioneren als een verantwoorde onderneming en werkgever, met een duidelijke focus op duurzaamheid, diversiteit & inclusie en welzijn
- Het engagement van de medewerkers verhogen, de algemene beleving van de medewerkers op het vlak van delen van informatie vergroten, onze leiders ondersteunen bij het opnemen van hun rol als peopleleaders
- Onze Communication & SoMe Ambassador-communities versterken en activeren
Heel concreet spits je je toe op en draag je bij tot je functie als **Press Officer**, en het **aansturen **van andere **externe communicatie**activiteiten.
Concreet heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het imago van AXA promoten en onze reputatie beschermen aan de hand van **proactieve persinitiatieven**:
- Een **netwerk **van perscontacten en andere belangrijke belanghebbenden actief onderhouden/animeren
- Actief op zoek gaan naar nieuws door te handelen als **interne journalist** en gebruik te maken van onze newsroomgovernance en je interne netwerk om de meest waardevolle merk-, bedrijfs-, duurzaamheids
- en werkgeversrealisaties te verzamelen
- ** Creatieve initiatieven** op het getouw zetten (nieuwsartikels, evenementen, social media...) om de aandacht van journalisten en andere doelgroepen (bv. ngo's...) te trekken en onze realisaties te promoten
- Fungeren als **pers
- en mediawaakhond** om eventuele reputatierisico's op te vangen en op de meest geschikte manier te reageren
- Gesprekspunten en schriftelijke reacties voorbereiden voor onze **woordvoerder **voor AXA Belgium tegenover de pers, officiële instanties en alle andere belanghebbenden
- De **positionering van onze CEO en het topmanagement** ondersteunen door mediaoptredens en spreekmomenten te organiseren, discussiepunten te bepalen in overeenstemming met onze strategie, toespraken te schrijven, zorgen voor audiovisuele ondersteuning...
Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met collega's van het topmanagement, de business, marketing, distributie, HR en ook met belanghebbenden op het vlak van interne en externe communicatie, zowel binnen als buiten onze officiële newsroomgovernance.
**Jouw Profiel**
Vijf redenen waarom we denken dat jij de geknipte persoon bent voor deze uitdaging:
- Je hebt een **bewezen ervaring** en minstens drie tot vijf jaar **expertise **in **persrelaties **of **als journalist, reputatie
- en crisismanagement, en (interne/externe) communicatie**. _Ervaring in (een aantal van) de volgende domeinen vormt een extra troef: social media, reclame, mediaplanning, creative design, marketing, employerbranding, uitwerken en organiseren van (grote bedrijfs-) evenementen..._
- Als lid van het communicatieteam van AXA:
- kan je enthousiasme opwekken en - zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - **vlot communiceren** **in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels**:
- heb je algemene communicatievaardigheden zoals **newshunting**, **copywriting**, **schrijven van toespraken**, projectbeheer, stakeholdermanagement... zeer goed onder de knie
- heb je een **zeer goed ontwikkelde digitale en social media-voetafdruk**:
- ben je heel **#ProudToBeAXA. **Als eerste ambassadeur identificeer je je met en **geloof je sterk in de dingen waar AXA voor staat** (ons nobele doel, onze merkpositionering, onze bedrijfsstrategie, onze nadruk op CSR en D&I...).
- Je beschikt over zeer goed ontwikkelde sociale vaardigheden. Je integreert je gemakkelijk in ons team en blinkt uit in **transversale samenwerking**.
- Je bent een geboren netwerker en kunt **gemakkelijk relaties opbouwen**. Je bent diplomatisch aangelegd en legt een **strategische **visie en begrip aan de dag; je bent eveneens in staat om zeer **tactisch **te werk te gaan en te spreken.
- Je bent een **creatieve innovator** die alles in het werk stelt om **onvergetelijke communicatie-ervaringen te bezorgen**. Je wil de **zaken veranderen** en je **verbindt je ertoe resultaten te leveren**. Daarbij hou je het eenvoudig voor jezelf, de collega's, onze klanten en alle belanghebbenden.
