In order to support our growth, we are actively recruiting a **Workday Support Specialist** to join our Team at **SMT Holding**, based in **Brussels**.
**Function**:
- Your mission is to provide user support and follow up on questions, requests, resolve issues and perform data loads. You are in charge of configuring the improvements, testing and analysing. You have a genuine desire to drive change through continuous improvement. In addition, you will also :_
- **Maintain master data values in Workday** and enable operational people insights & actionable analytics ;
- **Troubleshooting technical problems**; collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday ;
- Serve as a **strong consultative partner** to external parties, business users, key users and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery ;
- **Drive the deployment of feature releases** and system maintenance ;
- **Lead Workday support** ensuring day to day systems support, including reorganization events done manually or via mass update (e.g., iLoad / EIB) ;
- **Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials** and job aids, in addition to leading training efforts ;
- **Design and develop customized reports** as required for business users and management, ensure accuracy of employee data in various systems, while remaining compliant with GDPR creating documentation and knowledge management.
**Profile**:
- S/he has a strong interest in **HR digitalization**, understands HR operations and has experience in **employee data management** ;
- S/he has relevant experience with HCM and **HRIS System Implementations** (Workday is a plus) and/or show genuine appetite to further **develop her/his Workday expertise** in a support role ;
- Thanks to a **good understanding of complexities across different countries**, s/he is a real team player who is willing to support ;
- S/he has an **“hands on” attitude** leveraging on his/her creativity to bring improvements and/or find solutions ;
- S/he combines **strong attention to detail** with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to handle daily planned and unplanned operational activities. S/he is **stress resistant.**:
- **S/he is fluent in English**. Knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus.
