**Je nieuwe functie**
Als Customer Support Specialist verwerk je klantinformatie en behandel je vragen, problemen en klachten op een professionele manier. Je staat in contact met klanten, collega’s, dealers en eindgebruikers. Alsook met Supply Chain, Marketing, Warehouse en Technical support. Het is de bedoeling dat je hen voorziet van tijdige en nauwkeurige informatie. Verder dien je ook bestellingen in te voeren, kortingen toe te passen, informatie te
verschaffen in verband met prijzen, nabestellingen en hun geschatte verzenddata. Verder woon je ook producttrainingen bij en hou je klantendossiers bij.
**Jouw profiel**
***Je hebt 2 jaar ervaring met klantenservice of orderafhandeling, bij voorkeur in een technische sector. Klantentevredenheid verhogen geeft je energie en je vindt het fijn om met meerdere afdelingen in contact te staan. Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en in het Frans met een goede beheersing van het Engels. Ervaring met een MS Office en een CRM-systeem zijn mooi meegenomen en idealiter ben je in staat om snel een nieuwe tool te leren gebruiken.
