As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for monitoring the satisfaction of the customers under your responsibility. In support of Business Development, you follow your customers in their evolution, while ensuring an optimal level of collaboration over the long term.**Responsibilities**:

- You ate the main point of contact for the customers, you are responsible for and develop the commercial relationship.
- You are the spokesperson and defend the interests of Trasis with clients, and the interests of clients with Trasis.
- You ensure regular follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- You maintain customer knowledge of Trasis products and services.
- You collect information from customers (sales forecasts, developments, short/medium/long term strategies, etc.).
- You analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions in collaboration with other departments.
- You identify sales and growth opportunities with customers.
- You coordinate internal activities (development, production, legal, quality, after-sales service ) in order to respond to customers’ requests.
- You participate in the commercial strategy with the Business Development.

Profile
- You have a degree with a commercial or technical orientation.
- You have 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have a solid experience in customer management.
- You have a customer-oriented approach
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication skills
- You are fluent in French and English (C1 minimum). Any other language will be considered an asset.
- You are able to work independently and achieve ambitious goals.
- You have a good sense of priorities and are able to work under pressure.
- You are able to make decisions.
