Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook.

**Functiebeschrijving**

In het kader van een missie om de hosting van 170 applicaties over te nemen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior IT Technical Administrator op Linux en Windows systemen.

Tijdens de definitiefase van de normen en procedures help je de infrastructuurarchitect en de projectmanager bij het bepalen van de algemene technische behoeften en vereisten. Onder hun toezicht zet je proefprojecten op door de nodige documenten op te stellen.

Tijdens de projectfase ben je verantwoordelijk voor de installatie van alle soorten toepassingen (gepubliceerd door derde dienstverleners) volgens de standaarden die tijdens de vorige fase zijn vastgesteld.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volgende technische taken: machine configuratie, updaten van LCM (life cycle management) documentatie, configureren van toegangsrechten, deployen/patchen/updaten van applicaties, configureren en beheren van back-ups, configureren van monitoring, containeriseren en configureren van openshift projecten, beheren van VM's, integreren met identificatiesystemen en beveiligen van de applicatie.

Je formuleert voorstellen voor technische verbeteringen en definieert proactief processen.

Je neemt deel aan interventies in verband met de ondersteuning van geïnstalleerde toepassingen in het kader van de toegepaste ITSM-procedures (toepassing van de ITIL-principes).

Je waarborgt de continuïteit en beschikbaarheid van de geleverde diensten ten behoeve van de klant.

**Profiel**

Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in de Informatica en kan je snel een duidelijk beeld vormen van de infrastructuur en de toepassingen.

Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de volgende domeinen: Windows Server (configuration, installatie van software),Red Hat Linux Entreprise en linux in het algemeen (configuratie, installatie van software), netwerk, Docker, Kubernetes (of Openshift), scripting (powershell, shell, bash, ), databanken (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MariaDB,...), ITSM-procedures, monitoring, backups.

Je vermogen om te leren stelt je in staat om te evolueren en mee te gaan met veranderende werkomstandigheden.

Tot slot heb je een passieve kennis van het Frans.
