Het Stock Finance team situeert zich binnen onze B2B automotive business line en bestaat uit 3 medewerkers. We bieden financieringsoplossingen aan voor garages en invoerders. We zijn gevestigd in hartje Brussel, maar ondersteunen de stock finance activiteit van zowel AlphaCredit in Belux als BNP Personal Finance in Nederland.
**Jouw functie**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coaching, organisatie en opvolging van een klein team met 3 medewerkers. Het team verzorgt het operationeel beheer van de stock finance activiteit.
- Je verzorgt mee de back-up voor de verschillende taken in het team. Dat zijn enerzijds administratieve taken zoals het opvolgen van financieringen, betalingen, stock controles en incidenten, opmaken van rapporteringen. Anderzijds staat het team in nauw contact met onze partners voor de aanvraag en opvolging van kredietlijnen.
- Om de dagelijkse taken gerelateerd aan stock financiering te coördineren communiceer je actief met de andere betrokken diensten binnen AlphaCredit en BNP PF NL (Internal Sales, Boekhouding, Risk, IT).
- Je helpt bij de ontwikkeling van de stock finance tool. Je staat hiervoor in nauw contact met ons shared service-center in Madrid en met de collega’s van BNP Paribas Personal Finance in Parijs.
- Je begeleidt de roll-out van nieuwe partnerships van A tot Z: contractonderhandeling, onboarding, uitdiepen van business processen, opvolgen en testen van IT ontwikkelingen.
**Je profiel**:
- Ervaring in de financiële sector of in de autodistributie is een troef;
- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of Masterdiploma en hebt minstens 5 jaar werkervaring
- Je bent vlot tweetalig Nederlands/Frans zowel mondeling als schriftelijk en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
- Je beschikt over een ruime kennis van de Microsoft toepassingen Word, Power Point, Excel en Outlook;
- Je houdt ervan een team te begeleiden en te laten groeien;
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld & stressbestendig;
- Je bent ondernemend en kan zelfstandig werken.
