Volvo Cars Belux and our Consumer Experience team in Brussels is looking for a PR & Internal Communication Support. This is a starter’s position, and we are looking for you who have recently graduated and is looking to kick-start your career in a diverse, international company So, if this sounds like something for you, keep reading
**What you’ll get to do**
In this role with us at Consumer experience, you will be the one who ensures smooth and inspiring communication flow internally with your colleagues at other departments, as well as externally. You will for example manage our media website and database and organize press trips and contacts with journalists. At the same time you are working on ways to improve the Customer Experience towards journalists and press contacts. You come up with ideas, analyze them and implement them.
Together with the PR Manager, you will set up and maintain informative internal communication flows, you will answer phone calls and take care of correspondence. You will translate press releases into French and proofread texts before publishing.
You will also manage the planning of the pool and press cars and the orders for our internal cars, and you follow this up closely with your Sales & Finance Support colleague.

To be a fit for this position you have a Bachelor degree in PR, communication management, journalism, or similar field.
Since this is a starter’s position, you cannot be more than 24 years old.
