**Position**:
**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

Develop the market strategy for training in consistency with Head Quarter, Marketing & Sales objectives. Manage the training activity and programs (in the classroom, e-learning and on the field) to ensure the retail sales goals of the company are achieved.

Responsible for ensuring qualitative visibility of the GUERLAIN brand: offline through traditional media and online through webzine and strong influencers partnerships. Design and implement local communication strategies to consolidate GUERLAIN’s position in each axis of the business.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**

Training Manager

**Development**
- Re-define local training strategies and structures, effectively supporting the brand sell-out strategies
- Develop and plan training in line with the marketing and sales strategy, and adapt strategy to retailer specific environment
- Contribute to business development

**Execution**
- Organize and deliver training programs for sell out staff - both general training programs & individual coaching programs
- Liaise with commercial team to offer both an adapted expertise program as well as on-going novelty training, on field, in classroom, e-learning and via coaching programs

**On-Field**
- Conduct store visits with Field Force to ensure in store training & coaching are executed and to identify future training needs

**Follow up**
- Training Manager carries out part of his / her missions in the office and does regular stores visits to ensure training & coaching are optimal. He / she also carries out trainings on the field.
- Be proactive in proposing actions to improve service & sales efficiency of Sell-out team

Communication Manager

**Develop and implement the International PR & Communication strategy**
- Devise a plan to support star launches, corporate stories, and local activities to ensure the right fit and increased visibility
- Support all International initiatives with a strong PR visibility

**Develop key relationships with media partners, online & offline**
- Maintain and develop strong press contacts with national, mainstream, and online titles, within the beauty industry
- Build close partnerships and contact with mid-tail local influencers

**Secure and increase visibility of GUERLAIN vs competition**
- Secure GUERLAIN top 5, online & offline, on BeLux market.
- Maximise qualitative & differentiated visibility on GUERLAIN (novelties & DNA) for both print and online activities
- Generate standalone features, shoots, interviews, and video content
- Plan yearly makeup artists collaborations and seek out beauty shoots within mainstream and ‘image’ titles for the full year

**Events organization**
- Participation to international press events on strategic launches
- Management and organization of specific local events, dedicated to press & influencers, to support star launches

**Others**
Closely control the Training & PR budget

**Profile**:

**PROFILE**
- Strong experience in training including delivery of training (experience within the cosmetic industry and/or retail

would be a plus)
- Personal affinity with GUERLAIN brand and luxury products

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in beauty is a plus
