Christian Wijnants is womenswear brand known for its luxurious strong knitwear and translation into textural prints. The company has built a strong wholesale presence with a successful growing B2C business within its flagship stores and website.
We are seeking a highly experienced Retail and E-commerce Manager to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing day-to-day operations for both retail and e-commerce channels.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to

**RETAIL and E-COMMERCE**:

- Responsible for leading all aspects of the retail store
- Working closely with our headquarters in Antwerp to ensure alignment of visual merchandising, brand standards and expectations in the stores and online.
- Build the client base and implement customer service guidelines to enhance customer experience
- Develop and manage retail team for both Antwerp and Berlin stores
- Manage daily retail workflows and develop annual promotions calendar
- Full responsibility of e-commerce management, with a focus on Shopify, including customer service.
- Online merchandising of the website implementation of banners, landing pages, content, images to elevate our brand’s online presence
- Managing product launches, website updates, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Day-to-day monitoring of the website on site bugs and issues and ability to communicate effectively with web developers
- Participate in seasonal e-com shoots
- Working with external studio for packshots
- Manage annual calendar with seasonal product launches and promotions for all online channels
- Recap monthly store and e-com performance and reporting current business trends
- Seasonal collection buying in Antwerp and Paris showroom for both retail, e-com and all 3rdparty platforms
- Weekly monitoring stock availability and update stock and inventory across all platforms including Antwerp and Berlin stores
- Manage inventory by ensuring proper processes for merchandising transfers and sales transactions for both retail, website and all 3rd party platforms

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years experience in e-commerce within a luxury sales environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Shopify, Google Analytics, Photoshop is a plus
- Copywriting and editing skills
- Excellent analytical skills and confident using excel for data manipulation
- Experience working with an ESP (Klaviyo, Mailchimp etc.)
- Building reports, merging multiple data sets, and making analysis.
- Strong orgnizational skills and able to prioritise and manage workload efficiently
- Highly accurate with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Experience with content, product & inventory management
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a people person who loves getting to know customers and building relationships. with them to make them feel special.
- Some travel may be required
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced & growing environment
- Affinity with the product/brand is a must
