**Dit zie jij jezelf doen?**
- Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over een of meerdere **bedrijfsprocessen**, die gaan over meerdere afdelingen/landen.
- Je brengt de bestaande processen in kaart en identificeert mogelijke **verbeteringen** en **potentiële risico’s**.
- Je fungeert als **project / change manager** bij het implementeren en doorvoeren van de wijzigingen.

**Hoe ga je dat doen?**
- Je brengt de behoeften van de business in kaart door middel van proces analyses, workshops of gesprekken met key-users of leidinggevenden.
- Je houdt overzicht op welke rollen, afdelingen, landen het proces impact heeft en betrekt de juiste mensen.
- Je schrijft huidige en toekomstige proces behoeften uit (AS IS en TO BE situatie /
requirements analyse) en je communiceert hierover met andere betrokken partijen.
Je stelt bestaande processen / werkwijzen in vraag en kan van daaruit mogelijkheden
definiëren.
- Je focust in je projectopvolging op change begeleiding. Je houdt voortdurend het ‘waarom’ in de gaten en je brengt de waarde van de verandering scherp in kaart. Je legt de juiste prioriteiten en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je bewaakt de behoeften van de business en zorgt voor een goede communicatie rond change management naar de betrokken teams toe. Je communiceert over de fasen van projecten op een heldere manier.
- Je neemt deel aan de test
- en implementatiefasen van changes, begeleidt ze en volgt ze op.
- Bij aanpassingen in de systemen volg je de voortgang en opgeleverde functionaliteiten op in nauwe samenwerking met je aanspreekpunt binnen het technische team.
- Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders (experten binnen de teams, team leaders, directie) om processen te verbeteren en efficiëntie te verhogen.
- Je staat in voor het kwaliteitsbeheer en kennis beheer van de bedrijfsprocessen en -werking.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen, problemen en veranderingen met betrekking tot businessprocessen.

- **Je hebt een sterk strategisch inzicht, kan goed verbinding leggen en bent een**
**entrepeneur. Je ben iemand die een impact kan maken en anderen kan inspireren,**
**enthousiasmeren en motiveren.**:

- Je bent een geboren analist met kennis van de business. Je hebt ervaring binnen businesanalyse, functionele analyse of in een proces
- en projectgedreven functie.
- Kennis van BPMN en/of een projectmanagement methodologie is een pluspunt.
- Bij het managen van changes heb jij oog voor het menselijk aspect, je zorgt dat de juiste mensen betrokken zijn en draagt de visie vol enthousiasme uit.
- Je bent besluitvaardig, maar tegelijkertijd voldoende flexibel om in te spelen op
onverwachte zaken. Je bent in staat om hoofd
- van bijzaak te onderscheiden.
- Je bent in staat om Nederlands en Engels op een professionele manier toe te passen, kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
